Fitness Suite

Use the very latest equipment in the Fitness Suite. A range of cardio machines are in place including treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, rowers and a glide machine. The updated resistance and free weight equipment will cover the upper and lower body as well as the core and there is a functional training glide and a power cage. Our Fitness Instructors will give you a full induction to all of the equipment and are available to help you build a programme to achieve your goals.

Swimming Pool

Take a dip in the six lane, 25m Swimming Pool to refresh, train or play. Early morning swims can be taken 7 days a week and we have a comprehensive ASA Learn to Swim programme for the children. The pool is used by clubs at certain times during the week and is also available to hire, including for water polo.

Dance Studio

Enjoy a range of exercise classes and courses in the Dance Studio including aerobics, zumba, yoga and pilates. The Dance Studio is also available for hire and is used by a local martial arts club and for Bouncy Castle birthday parties.

Sports Hall

Team up in the Sports Hall to play badminton, table tennis or short tennis. You can also hire the Hall for your own needs such as use of the Indoor Cricket Nets or to play basketball, hockey, soccer and volleyball.

All Weather Pitches

Available for rent for local groups are the floodlit full size astro turf type surface pitch, plus the floodlit mini games area for netball, tennis or 5-a-side soccer.

Tennis Courts

Throughout the summer term and summer holidays, three outdoor tennis courts are available for hire on an hourly basis.

Children's Parties

Whether it be a Bouncy Castle Party in the Dance Studio or a Soccer or Multi-Sports Party in the Sports Hall, we have your child's birthday party covered. Our staff will entertain up to 20 children for an hour and 45 minutes and then you are provided with the space to host your birthday tea. What could be simpler!
